1. Overview & Agreement
Welcome to DRÆTH. By accessing our atelier website, curating a wishlist, or acquiring any bespoke garment from our collections, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all associated policies.
2. Orders & Authentication
All orders placed on DRÆTH are subject to availability and acceptance. To safeguard our clients against unauthorized transactions, account creation and verification are conducted via secure, passwordless one-time passcodes (OTP).
3. Pricing & Currency
All prices displayed on the storefront are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) or specified regional currencies. DRÆTH reserves the right to modify prices, descriptions, and availability without prior notice.
4. Returns & Exchanges
In alignment with our high standards of quality, unworn and unwashed garments in their original packaging with tags intact may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery upon consultation with our client concierge.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, editorial photography, typography, logos, and journal articles are the exclusive intellectual property of DRÆTH Atelier and protected under copyright laws.
